1. Le Turtle Website
The website appears plain, mundane and not much to offer. The videos are already an issue due to its irrelevance and incoherent content. As a result, the audience visiting the website may end up experiencing more confusion and frustration and thus not visiting the website anymore. No images except the abstract symbol is visually seen.

The layout and placement of elements are all placed in the middle of the homepage taking on a centre alignment while it is observed that the Instagram has used a grid layout for representation of its photos. As there is little content, there seems to be a lot of white space left. In terms of visual consistency, there is consistent use of pink as the background and the fonts used are mostly consistent, either bold or non-bold except for the logo which adopts a different font style.

Due to the limited information provided, there is not much text for reading except the menu on the homepage. It uses bold and black font against a pink background. The text could appear small at times and could pose a challenge for some.
Pink is used as the colour for the homepage. It indicates romance, love and friendship. This feminine colour connotes a calming, affectionate and nurturing effect thus giving a personal touch to the audience visiting the website. Having said that, the font size could increase slightly for better visibility.
2. Mean Sandwich
The animation of the gaping open mouth creates intrigue, curiosity and interest in the audience. The ascending and descending order of uppercase bold font used create a visual effect. To reduce the visual clutter, 4 colours such as red, beige, brown and black are consistently used and as a result, the colours selected seems to be well coordinated and complemented. The navigation/menu bar also makes use of uppercase bold font to enhance visibility.

The navigation or the menu bar on the right seems to take up the space needed. As a result, pertinent information required for display seems to be compromised. A better utilisation of space could enhance the overall presentation of the website. The different categories of food are organised in a linear manner with the name, brief description, pricing and corresponding images to provide clarity to the audience what they would expect upon order. Instagram has used a grid layout for representation of its photos.

The font size could be made bigger for better readability although there is contrast of text over background.
The distinct feature of the red gaping open mouth image appearing against a beige background sets the tone and mood of the website. The audience could be assured of a fun, informal and relaxed experience when visiting the website. After the fun experience, the change of background colour to partially black and beige communicate a formal message about what the website could offer. Red is used for the menu bar under Order to draw the attention of audience to this important information. The colour texts are readable on a contrasting background.
3. SalazarLA.com
The overall presentation and organisation of the website may not seem visually appealing as there seem to be a lot of unnecessary distractors. The dancing MC Hammer gif, Dancing Spot, The Grabby Mailbox, The Spinning Earth do not seem to serve much purpose although they are perceived as an added graphic effect.

Bright striking font colours against bright background appear to divert the attention of the audience. The elements of the website that constantly move without being triggered by the audience could be annoying. The information pertaining to the restaurant reviews and name of the owners are reflected in the 2 to 3 sentence phrases navigation/menu bar. The webpage seems to be organised in 2 invisible columns corresponding to each other. A proper title should be used to reflect its actual functions.

The inconsistent comic sans font size used with a mixture of upper and lowercase seem to pose visual challenges to the audience. It also creates a visual clutter as a result.
Use of neon and fluorescent lighting is observed in the website. For instance, bright coloured flashing and scrolling text against a bright blue background somehow reflect an uncoordinated use of colours and visually unpleasant for its audience.
